Missed my 1 month goal but I am still a loser, not as big of a loser that I hoped for. I had my weigh in on Tuesday - drank my water, followed the program and did activity everyday and lost 1.4.
The only goal I am setting is to follow the Program; Track, follow the Healthy Guidelines, Weigh and Measure, and Enjoy the Journey.
