I weighed myself this morning and as of today it looks like I missed my May 1st goal by 3lbs - pretty close I must say.
My new goal is to loose 10lbs by June 1st, which would be fantastic - that would put me 22lbs gone from the start of this journey. We only have one planned event this month that maybe a struggle - Annual Family Reunion - and the rest will be whatever comes up. And hopefully the pool will be ready by the Memorial Day weekend.
Things I need to do to reach my goal:
1. Track every bite, every meal - make the best choice
2. Activity
3. Follow WW Healthy Guidelines
4. Have Fun.
Time to start planning.

Yep, smaller goals feel much more managable than looking at the "big picture" of the ultimate goal. And if we get close to the smaller goal, like you have today, we can still rejoice at the progress made. Good work, Mary!
