Close but No Bananas

Missed my 1 month goal but I am still a loser, not as big of a loser that I hoped for. I had my weigh in on Tuesday - drank my water, followed the program and did activity everyday and lost 1.4.

The only goal I am setting is to follow the Program; Track, follow the Healthy Guidelines, Weigh and Measure, and Enjoy the Journey.

2 In A Row

Yep - another lose this week, 2 in a row, down 1.8 - maybe a trend starting.
Really finally working the program - using all my daily points and almost all of my weekly points. I was told when I joined not to use my weekly points, so I always felt guilty if I used a few and then I would not track those points (don't know why know one looked at it). Now I have disreguarded that bad advise and use every point I have coming to me and I am allot less stressed on trying to stay within my 23 points and enjoying the Journey.

Lose 6lbs in 1 month - week 3: -3.2 (can I do 2.8 this week - I'm going for it)
Stats for the week: -1.8
WW Total: -18.8

Water, Water, Water - Track & Activity.

YIPPEE!

A little late posting this week but on Tuesday I was 1.6 down - allot better than that 0 that I had the week before. So far this week all is going great - tracking my points, drinking my water and getting in activity.
I have been wearing my pedometer religiously when I work - I am averaging 16000 steps while I am there. Now that's allot of walking, even thou some days it feels like I am treading water.

Lose 6 lbs. in 1 month goal - week 2: -1.6

Tuesday's Weigh In

Well Tuesday I eagerly went to the center after work to weigh in knowing that it was a great week. Drank my water, got in some activity and tracked my points only to be disappointed with a 0 - not a lose nor a gain. There may have been weeks that I would be happy with a 0 but I was working for a minus. So this week I will try mixing it up and use my weekly points which I try not to use and see what happens on Tuesday.

Title Changed - Journey Continues

As I left 2009 with 16.6lbs gone I took a few months off....actually had to get motivated. But now I am ready to go again.

Last week I went back to Weight Watchers and faced the scale...not too bad gained only 3.6lbs.

Today I weighed in with -2.4lbs gone - almost back to where I left off, hopefully one more week will take care of that.

My 1 Month Goal is to loose 6 lbs - that will put me over 20lbs gone.

Re-Focusing

Now that I took some time off of this Journey its time to refocus on my final goal. I was really getting bored and it did not take too much to get me off course.

I returned back to WW on Wednesday and by looks I didn't do too bad by showing a small lose and unfortunately that lose caused me to loose a Daily Point too.

WW Total Lose: 16.6

Goal for this week is to stay within my daily points and drink all my water.

I Lost a Month!

Ok, with my little slip up I lost a month!

This weeks weigh in has put me back to where I was at the end of June, great to get back to that loss but what a waste of a good month. I'll try not to do that again - right now I'm back to focusing on the plan and hope nothing pulls me away for the next couple of days until I get back in the swing of it all.

Well here are my stats or look back to Week 12 - just a repeat:
