Yep - another lose this week, 2 in a row, down 1.8 - maybe a trend starting.
Really finally working the program - using all my daily points and almost all of my weekly points. I was told when I joined not to use my weekly points, so I always felt guilty if I used a few and then I would not track those points (don't know why know one looked at it). Now I have disreguarded that bad advise and use every point I have coming to me and I am allot less stressed on trying to stay within my 23 points and enjoying the Journey.
Lose 6lbs in 1 month - week 3: -3.2 (can I do 2.8 this week - I'm going for it)
Stats for the week: -1.8
WW Total: -18.8
Water, Water, Water - Track & Activity.
That will be my week.
