A little late posting this week but on Tuesday I was 1.6 down - allot better than that 0 that I had the week before. So far this week all is going great - tracking my points, drinking my water and getting in activity.
I have been wearing my pedometer religiously when I work - I am averaging 16000 steps while I am there. Now that's allot of walking, even thou some days it feels like I am treading water.
Lose 6 lbs. in 1 month goal - week 2: -1.6
