Day One!

Ok, day one - to the scale. Not as bad as the picture - but still my private moment.

Goals for the week:
1. Drink at least 48 oz of water.
2. Stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime (7pm)
3. Write down everything that I eat.

  1. OK, now I'm inspired! Packed on some weight over the past 6 months and it's time to work on that...AGAIN!!!
